PACIFIC LEGACY PROPERTIES INC.
DBA PACIFIC LEGACY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Pacific Legacy Property Management took over the Property Management Division of Capital Management in 2003 under the direction of Jerry B Bice II. With the staff working only to serve the preservation, prosperity, and management of each individual property under Pacific Legacy Property Management we have alleviated the distractions of spin off divisions such as real estate sales, lending, loans. Pacific Legacy has developed working relationships with providers from all aspects of real estate services as well as maintenance vendors in order to best serve the property.

In our early stages, Pacific Legacy focused primarily rentals and associations in Imperial Beach due to the proximity to the corporate office with the belief that a management company that is located 45 minutes away from the managed property could not be managed efficiently. Pacific Legacy currently operates in two markets in San Diego: South Bay (serving Imperial Beach and Chula Vista), as well as Central San Diego (Mission Valley, College Area). We are currently undertaking negotiations for opening a satellite office near San Diego State University to better serve the rentals that we manage throughout the area.

We currently hold membership to several associations that are essential in the management industry that not only provide solutions and benefits to our company, but in turn provide these benefits to our managed properties.
