Top floor condo that sits directly in front of the ocean. No obstructed views, see the Imperial Beach Pier, Coronado Islands and Downtown San Diego from your living room. This is a gated complex with access to the pool and spa. There is a BBQ area for your use, a work out center and a sitting area located with a garden. The area is equipped with a bike path that will take you to the beautiful quaint town of Coronado. The Tijuana River Estuary is located at the south end of Seacoast Drive that is one of the few salt marshes remaining in Southern California. The estuary is an essential breeding, feeding and nesting ground and key stopover point on the Pacific Flyway for over 370 species of migratory and native birds, including six endangered species. #8 Great Vacation
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo for this week. The view is beautiful. Imperial beach is very nice. My son is on vacation so we invited him, his wife, and his almost son. This has been a wonderful time, learning new things every day. Richard used to live here in 1950s. Just up street from here. Now at almost 75, do not go hardly anymore. A motel room would not give us the joy we have, staying here. This is very comfortable. Son got a 4" to 5" clam yesterday. Beautiful shell to keep. Clam was cooked and eaten. This weekend is the Sand Castle Competition. This location sounds to be the best place to watch it from the 3rd Floor.

Thank you for a wonderful place to call our home-away-from-home! Coming to a beautiful place like this from Japan has truly made a relaxing vacation. The view and the relaxing atmosphere has made our family vacation one to remember. We truly appreciate the well-stocked house and amenities. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home and allowing us an opportunity for priceless memories. We look forward to staying with you again. In our 24 years in my military career, this has been one of the best and memorable vacations.

#3 Relax and watch the sunset
Your beach home were perfect accommodations for my family of four and my mother who joined us on this trip. I saw my mother relax as she watched the waves, the surfers and the sunset. #2 Wonderful weekend
Gerald, Kelly, and I had a wonderful, long weekend staying here at your beach home. We took several long, leisurely walks on the beach and enjoyed many hours of sitting on the patio watching the waves crash on the shore. The weather was perfect in the 70s each day, and the sunsets were spectacular. It was an awesome weekend and a perfect place to celebrate my birthday. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.
